GPC Certified Judges will select the TOP 30 recipes from the pool of entries. We will then prepare the Top 30 Pizza recipes and the Judges will then choose the TOP 10, who will be invited to a live Pizza Bake off, at the “Africa Food Show”, at The Cape Town International Convention Centre, where the best Pizza will be crowned as the Global Pizza Challenge Champion South Africa 2026
