GLOBAL PIZZA CHALLENGE 2012
The Global Pizza Challenge was founded locally to promote and encourage culinary innovation within the worlds post popular food – pizza. From humble beginnings it is has developed into the world's biggest pizza competition, selecting National winners to compete in the Global Final.
The competition calls all local pizza makers, you could be working in a chain or franchise or an independent store, or you could be in a trendy café or even a hotel to participate.

The Australian heats will be held on 28th May the Australian Final 29th May followed by the international final with competitors from across the globe competing.

You may enter in more than 1 category and may enter as many recipes as you wish
Please choose carefully the most appropriate category for your recipe as judges will not switch the recipe to the correct category for you
The recipes will be assessed for originality, balance, creativity & excitement factor.
ENTRY FORMAT
- Entries to be submitted by 12th May 2012
- Contestants must make use of official entry form
- Each entry must be accompanied by recipe on official recipe card
- Finalists are chosen to compete based on recipe submission 15th May 2012
- All travel, accommodation, health insurance, meals, ingredients for pizza etc required to participate are the responsibility of the competitor.
